This dual-action formula helps reduce watering needs by up to 50% while improving drought tolerance and plant health. Designed for use on turf, plants, trees, and gardens, it works below the surface to retain and distribute moisture more effectively within the root zone.

Directions for Use
Dilute with water at a minimum rate of 15:1 (water to Moisture Manager) before applying. Apply by spray, soil drench, fertigation, or soil injection.
Moisture Manager increases soil moisture availability, reducing plant watering requirements and minimizing drought stress. Application prior to plant stress is recommended for optimum plant protection; however, post-stress applications are also beneficial. Moisture Manager can be used on established plants or at the time of seeding, sodding, or transplanting.
Moisture Manager must be watered into the root zone or seed level to function properly. Irrigate with at least 1/10 inch of water within 1–2 hours after application and fully water into the root zone within 24 hours. Water thoroughly when re-watering treated plants. Proper fertilization will enhance Moisture Manager’s effectiveness. Moisture Manager is biodegradable. For maximum effectiveness, reapply every three months or when required watering becomes more frequent. Reapply if a reduction in watering is not apparent within the first two weeks.
Application Rates
- Turf maintenance: Apply 9 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. (3 gallons per acre).
- Seeding, overseeding, sodding, sprigging & hydroseeding: Apply 9 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft.
- Trees, shrubs & individual plants: Apply 4–8 oz. of concentrate per inch of trunk diameter. Dilute at a rate of 50:1 to 300:1 (water to Moisture Manager).
- Potted or containerized plants: Dilute at 2 oz. per gallon of water and apply by drench, saturating the planting media thoroughly.
- Large planters & gardens: Dilute at 2 oz. per gallon of water or inject at a rate of 50:1 to 100:1. Apply at a rate of 2 oz. of concentrate per 60 sq. ft. One gallon treats 4,000 sq. ft.
CAUTION: If Moisture Manager is applied to open flower blooms, rinse with plain water to reduce the possibility of drawing moisture from sensitive flower petals.
